Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which Sybrix Labs (“we,” “our,” or “us”) may provide refunds for the use of Oasis AI (“the Service”). By subscribing to or purchasing credits on Oasis AI, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
We aim to ensure a positive experience with our platform. However, refunds are granted only in limited and justifiable circumstances:
A. Subscription-Based Refunds
- Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after subscription.
- Partial use of the subscription period.
- Failure to cancel before the renewal date.
- Refunds may be considered for:
- Duplicate charges due to a technical error.
- Technical issues preventing service use, reported within 7 calendar days of purchase and verified by our support team.
- Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions, provided they are reported within 72 hours of billing.
B. Credit-Based Purchases
- All top-up credit sales are final.
- Refunds will not be provided once the credits have been used or partially used.
- Notify us within 48 hours of the transaction for issues like duplicate charges or incorrect amount.
C. Promotions & Trials
- Free trials and promotional offers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Promotional credits awarded cannot be converted to cash or refunded.
2. Cancellation and Billing Policy
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless canceled. Users retain access until the end of the billing cycle after cancellation. No pro-rated refunds.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email support@sybrixlabs.com with the following details:
- Your full name
- Email associated with your account
- Transaction date
- Amount charged
- Reason for refund request
Valid requests are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
